We source property direct from vendors using a range marketing techniques. Once a lead comes in, we then negotiate a deal based on facts and figures. We then secure the property by signing a legally binding contract. We are then in a position to offer the property to our list of accredited investors.
Our fee's for property sourcing are both fixed and refundable, if we cannot find you a suitable property we will give you your money back.
Our highly skilled and experienced admin team will guide you through the whole process and introduce you to our trusted local team of mortgage brokers, commercial finance brokers, surveyors and solicitors.
We start by gathering as much information from our investors as possible (before we even find a property). This allows us to act fast and efficiently when we do find a deal.
To achieve the best rental value possible and therefore the best return, we advise that any property should be presented to the highest standard. It will rent faster, you will get more rent and you will be able to hand pick your tenants.
Our partner company Lambert Construction can handle all your refurbishment needs, from a simple redecoration to a full strip out and refurbishment project. All our refurbishments are project managed and completed by our in house tradesmen.
All our fee's for these works are quoted for in advance and if accepted are fixed cost. You'll know exactly where you stand with your budget.

We have a package to suit every investors needs. Unlike most sourcing services we don't just mail every property we find to a mailing list, we source specific to each investors needs. We only work with vetted investors, and as part of our process we need to know you're in a position to buy with funds readily available and a good credit rating.
We only source property direct to vendor therefore the property will not be listed on the open market. There is no competition from other investors.
We have 3 options and payment is made in advance of any marketing activities however once payment is received we will begin to advertise for a property to meet your requirements within 7 days. We normally have a good response to our marketing within days so organisation is key. It is important to have all necessary paperwork in place, limited company, decision in principle and bank accounts set up prior to any marketing activities. We advise that you use our recommended brokers, solicitors and surveyors as we have a strong working relationship with them. As part of our service we can guide you through all of the above, we realise this can be daunting to someone who is new too investing.
