Our property management service covers the following services as standard. Rent collection, chasing late payments, emergency call out service, dealing with tenant queries/issues, 6 monthly inspections, CP12's, electrical safety certificates, and eviction notices.
Fee Structure
Our fee for single let properties with a monthly rental value of £500 or less is 10% per month. For properties with a higher rental value or if you wold like multiple properties managed please see below.
